J E HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME
Stacey D. Rodgers-Salisbury 46 of Corning, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Wednesday May 3, 2023, at Genesis PCED.
Stacey was born on March 21, 1977, in Zanesville, a daughter of Virginia A. Simpson Rodgers and the late William L. Rodgers of New Lexington.
Stacey was a loving mother, grandmother, wife, and daughter. The simplest pleasures in life brought Stacey the greatest joy. She took pride in her family & enjoyed spending every moment she could with them. Stacey also loved the Ohio State Buckeyes, Traveling, and her dog lucky. Although she was a private person, she never met a stranger. Stacey had a heart of gold, a contagious smile and laugh.
Besides her mother, Stacey is survived by her husband Dwayne Salisbury, Daughters: Dezarae (Skylar) Rodgers-Miller, Deidra Salisbury. Sons: Dwayne (Carlie) Salisbury JR, Deakin Vanmatre. 6 Grandchildren: Gavin & Madalynn Salisbury, Coleson Miller, Amelia Griffith, Lydia Vanmatre, And Noah McKee, Siblings: Jackie Courtney, Clem Rodgers, and Jennifer Goss. & Many Nieces & Nephews.
Besides her father Stacey was preceded in death by her sister Crystal Rodgers and life-long best friend Jessica "Red" Salisbury.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Friday May 12, 2023, at the J.E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Shawnee
Interment: Hilltop Cemetery, Millfield, Ohio.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. on Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the J.E. Humphreys Funeral Home to help the family with expenses.
