East Lyme-Shirley Luckey Pasko, 101, wife of the late Bernard Pasko, passed away July 25, 2022 at the Bradley Home in Meriden. She was born June 11, 1921 in New Haven the daughter of Eugene and Flora Luckey.
Mrs. Pasko retired from the pharmacy at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital. She was a 4-H Leader in New London County; enjoyed being in a bowling league, Grew a large garden and canned the vegetables. She also enjoyed her horses, chickens, ducks, goats, dog and cats. After that phase of her life she enjoyed traveling and did a lot of it.
Shirley is survived by her two daughters, Jeanne Aloia of Meriden and Cynthia McKee of Middletown; four grandchildren, Tiffany Anderson of Arizona, Heather and her husband Jayson Forster of Meriden and Curtis and his wife Susan Glemser of Texas, and Scott McKee of Middletown. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, James, Holly and Adam Anderson, Casey and Glen Patraw, Alissa and Eliezer Rivera, Crystal and Charlie Brousseau, Kendra and Brandon Dejesus; eight great great grandchildren and one on the way.
She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, her grandson Aaron Glemser, her sister and brother in law Eugenia and Louis Sylvester.
Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours on Saturday, July 30 from 2-4 pm at the Thomas L. Neilan & Sons Funeral Home, 48 Grand St., Niantic. A funeral home service will follow at 4. Interment will be in East Lyme Cemetery, Boston Post Rd., East Lyme.
