Fidler Frame Funeral Home
77, of St. Albans, formerly of Belle, passed away September 13, 2024 at the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio.
She retired from the accounting department of the former Walker Machinery, Belle. Shirley was a graduate of DuPont High School Class of 1965 and the Accounting Program at the University of Charleston. She was active in organizing the reunions for the DuPont High School Class of 1965, enjoyed cooking, traveling, reading and spoiling her cat, Sasha.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Seibert and Stella Smith Williams; brother, David Williams and great-grandmother, Ora Mae Jarrett.
Surviving are her daughter, Debbie Knight of Nitro; son, John Knight of Dallas, Texas; brothers, Marlin Williams (Vickie) of Hurricane, Richard Williams (Dianne) of Tennessee; sister, Bette Cochran (Ernie) of Campbells Creek and grandchildren, Michael Knight of Cross Lanes and London Knight of Dallas.
In keeping with Shirley's final requests, her cremation wishes will be honored and there will be no services.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Itty Bitty Kitty Committee, Box 40223, Charleston, West Virginia 25364.
