age 84, Sheila Tew, of Redmond, WA, died on January 21. A former resident of Cleveland Heights, she graduated from Hunter College and the CSU College of Law. Her career included 27 years as a lawyer for the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland. She remained a fierce advocate for equal rights throughout her life. A loving and accomplished woman who danced and quilted, she is mourned by her husband of 64 years, Arnold, and her family: Children Alissa & Darrin Ashworth of Maineville OH, Debra Ben-Ze'ev of Rehovot Israel, and JoAnn & Steven Silkes of San Diego CA; Grandchildren Hemed and Hagai Tov of Netanya Israel, Noam & Danielle Ben-Ze'ev of Jerusalem, Haley & Thomas Birchfield of Greenville SC, Liora Silkes of Somerville MA, Lillian & Michael Santacroce of Seattle, and Ezra Silkes of Montclair NJ; Great-granddaughter Hadassah Ben-Ze'ev; Brother Larry & Barbara Berlow, Suffern NY.
