Sharon Kay Schoenhals, 77, of Gladwin, passed away at her home surrounded by her loved ones on Friday, May 28, 2021. She was born on February 17, 1944, the daughter of Ronald and Wilameta Perry in Midland. On April 13, 1996, she was united in marriage to Don Schoenhals in Prudenville. Together they were blessed with 25 wonderful years of marriage. Sharon was employed as a lab technician for Dow Corning until her retirement. She loved flowers, gardening, and more than anything her family. Sharon was a faithful member of Browns Corners Church in Clare County.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband: Don Schoenhals of Gladwin; son: Eric (Kim) McLean of Petoskey; step daughter: Shane Witfoth; grandchildren: Dustin, Corey, Brandon, Steven. and Jasmine; 3 great grandchildren; and sister: Lisa of Traverse City. She is preceded in death by her parents; son: Richard McLean; siblings: Larry, LaVern, and Marilyn.
Funeral Services are will be conducted by Pastor Dave Mead on Thursday, June 3, 2021, 11:00 A.M. at Browns Corners Church, Clare. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, from 5-8:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin. She will be laid to rest at Hamilton Twp. Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made according to the wishes of the family. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin.
