Sharon R. Abbott, of Birdsview, WA left this world on October 22, 2021, to be with her Heavenly Father. She was born February 29, 1944, in Ketchikan, AK. The daughter of Calvin and Mary Demmert Roberts. She attended school in Ketchikan, graduating from Ketchikan HS, in 1963.
She attended the University of Alaska, S.E. and Skagit Valley College. She was last employed, by the Upper Skagit Indian Tribe as an Early Childhood Education Specialist, retiring in 2009.
She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling and being "Mom, Grandma" to all.
She was preceded in death, by her sisters Carmel Roberts, of Burlington, WA and Elaine Foley of Stanwood, WA. Her brother Calvin Roberts Jr. of Juneau, AK and he grandson Zane Samuel Fecht Abbot of Seattle, WA.
She leaves behind, her husband, of 59 years, Michael of Birdsview, WA, her children, Tina M. Abbott (Debra) of Seattle, WA, R. Scott Abbott (Terri) brothers in law of Rich Foley (Linda) of Ketchikan, AK, Fred Abbott of El Cajon, CA and sister in law Pat Zayas of Apple Valley, CA. Grandchildren, Steven M. (Vanessa), Marcus K., Tyler J. all of Waldport, OR. Tanner E. of Seattle, WA, Michael S. of Marysville, WA, Kyler P. (Sabrina), of Arlington , WA, Kristen K. (Mike) of Kenmore, WA. Great grandchildren, Maya, Maisy May, Elianna, Declan, Dedjrick, Skyler, Prestin, Ryker, Rhys and Cody. Also many nephews, nieces and family living in WA, AK, CA and HI.
She is sorely missed by her family and friends. A celebration of her life will be held at a date to be determined.
