Shannon Colleen O'Day was born in Everett on July 24, 1963 and passed away peacefully in her sleep at age 57 on January 30, 2021 at her home in Renton. She lived her entire life in Washington. She leaves behind her daughters, Laurel Perry (Kade-11) (Teagan-9), Sidney Perry (Josh Pereira) (Jeremy-2). Also left behind were her well loved dogs; Van Gogh, Stevie, Jasper, Joleen and her cat Minion which included a ton of loved and charished choas. She is survived by her mother, Shirley(Morrie) Major, her father Thomas(Bobbi) O'Day, brothers, Dan(Carolyn) O'Day and Rick(Cindy) Hansen, sisters, Kelli(Eric) Hollingsworth, Shelli(Jim) Finholm and Tari(Tim) Zentz. Also too many Nieces, Nephews and Grand Nieces and Nephews to name here.
Throughout the years she was a rancher, fitness competitor, avid dog rescuer clothes hoarder and an amazing cook (although she never seemed to eat what she was cooking). She was was known for her young spirit, her ability to make any moment fun, and being authentic.
Shannon loved her job, where she spent 34 years contributing to a company she was proud of. Her AFB family was her second family which gave her great joy and purpose in life.
