Nicholas Russo lived a long life. He did it his way. He did it with passion. He left the world a better place and he’ll never be forgotten. His ripple will be felt for generations to come. I can’t even begin to say thank you enough. I know he would be thrilled that the Russo name will live on thru baby Nicholas Baldi Russo. Wakefield Thompson
1930 2020
I created this campaign in honor of my grandfather Wakefield Thompson. He lost his battle to Parkinson's and Dementia on May 22, 2020 . He fought this disease for many years and refused to give up. He was loved by all who knew him. He was smart, ambitious, kind and charming. Not only was he a bookworm but a superb storyteller. He made sure to keep you engaged with stories from his time in the Military. Art was his passion and he enjoyed painting and being outdoors. He will be missed but he will never be forgotten.
