Russell "Rusty" Collier, 62, of Hereford, Texas, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2024, in Seminole, Texas. Celebration of Life Service will be on Friday, November 15, 2024, at 2:00pm at First Baptist Church, in Hereford.
