It is with regret we announce the passing of LaVerne Towry Campbell, age 89 of Franklin, TN, formerly of Fayetteville. A private graveside service was held at Riverview Memorial Gardens LaVerne was born October 25, 1932, in Lincoln County, TN to the late Henry Clay and Velma Bolander Towry. She met her husband Charles Campbell while working at Genesco and the two moved to Nashville after he received a promotion. LaVerne enjoyed playing golf and bowling, and she and Charles were the ping pong champions of the General Shoe Plant. At Charles' retirement the couple moved to Franklin to be spend more time with their family. LaVerne passed away December 23, 2021, at Morning Pointe Assisted Living...

Ned Wendell White, age 83, of Maury County, TN passed away on September 17, 2021. He was born June 27, 1938, in the family home at Theta, to the late Austin and Mabel White. They knew he would be extraordinary because he was born on a cold day in June, with the fireplaces lit. Ned was preceded in death by brother, Marvin White and sister, Caroline White Gunnels. Donald Raye Abercrombie Sr , age 76 ( 2/12/45) , veteran healthcare entrepreneur, and early pioneer of Nashville's vibrant healthcare industry, passed away peacefully at his home on Aug 27th. He received his accounting degree from the University of Tennessee in 1967 and was a key figure in numerous health care ventures in Nashville over the last 4 decades. Frances Seckinger Cady, age 94 of Lenoir City, passed away Friday, August 13, 2021. Frances met Don when she was 14 years old and they were married for over 57 years. Don was called home August 13, 2005 and his beautiful bride joined him in Heaven August 13, 2021. She was active in Bible Study Fellowship in Nashville, TN. Frances was a long time member of Christ Community Church in Franklin, TN where Don served as Elder. William "Bill" Hesse, 82, of Franklin, TN, passed away on June 14, 2021. Bill was born in Akron OH, February 28, 1939. Bill graduated from Hoban High School in 1957 and served in the United States Army. Bill's career spanned 50 years in the US Tire Manufacturing and Tire Sales Industry. He loved giving his time volunteering with Williamson County Hospital and Meals on Wheels and served as an outstanding Sir Knight of the Knights of Columbus.
