Charles Edward Kurz, - Passed February 5, 2022,Dad to his kids and Papa to his grandchildren, Charlie to his friends was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on November 3, 1938, the youngest of eight children. Charles was a graduate of Owensboro Catholic High. With financial assistance from his older siblings, Charles received his undergraduate degree from the Saint Louis University and his Juris Doctoral from the University of Louisville. Charles worked for a short time as a bank trust officer before joining the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Special Agent. During his career with the FBI, Charles worked in several offices starting in Buffalo, NY where he met his wife, Maureen. ...
