Jenifer Claire Leonpacher, 62, passed away suddenly in the early morning of Friday, June 11, 2021 at her home in Tiki Island. Her beloved husband of 21 years, James C. (Jim) Davis, was by her side. Jenifer leaves behind a tremendous legacy of caring, organizing, researching and above all, serving God's children in any capacity. Jenifer was born in Lafayette, La, the first child of Alfred and Shirley Leonpacher. She inherited a beautiful smile from her mother and people often said they looked just alike. Robert (Rob) Lyttleton Capell was born on October 28, 1948 and passed away on January 1, 2021 and is under the care of Roswell Funeral Home. Rob, after several years of fighting liver disease, chose to surrender to the fight. He passed away peacefully in his sleep New Year's morning. He lived a wonderful life filled with many successes. Edward A. Landry passed away on August 31, 2020 at his home in Simi Valley, California. Ed was born on March 29, 1939 in Gretna, Louisiana to Edward Andrew Landry and Ellen Lucille Landry. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University in 1961, and his Juris Doctorate from UCLA Law School in 1964. Upon graduation from law school, he joined the law firm of Musick Peeler & Garrett in Los Angeles, where he practiced for 55 years. At MPG, he served as chairperson of the Transactional Department and handled the estates of many prominent Californians, including the estate of J. Paul Getty. Clifford M. Brake Jr. age 63, passed of natural causes the evening of April 28th at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. Born in Casper Wyoming, February 25, 1957, to Irene G. Brake and Clifford M. Brake Sr. both deceased. Cliff is survived by Sharon, his wife of 32 years who was his love and fishing buddy, his daughter Michelle (Geoff) Kane, grandchildren Nicholas, Andrew, Megan, and Christina, and numerous beloved friends. Domingue, Sr. and Armide Allemond Domingue. He had been a resident of Athens for 11 years, formerly living in Lafayette, LA. He was retired, working many years as an x-ray technician. Willard Randolph Newman, 89, passed away peacefully of natural causes in Seminole, Florida surrounded by his family on July 23, 2019. "Randy" was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on January 7, 1930 to parents Isidore Randolph and Marguerite Trudeau Newman. He graduated from Isidore Newman High School, received a Bachelors Degree in Finance at Tulane University and was a member of the Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He proudly served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy and was a veteran of the Korean War. Randy eventually settled in Lafayette, Louisiana as an investment banker.
