Rosie Cheek Atkins, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 16, at her home at 2800 Patrick Henry Parkway in Stockbridge, GA. A long-time secretary and computer consultant, Rosie had been fighting Dementia for more than two years. She was 86 years old. A native of McKenzie and then Paris, TN, Rosie was a speed reader and an exceptionally fast typist. While working at Georgia Tech, she taught herself computers when they first arrived on the scene. James I. Freeman, 90, of Arlington Texas, passed away on February 9, 2024. Jim was born in Knoxville, Tennessee on November 28, 1933, to George E. and Olga K. Freeman. He grew up in Hazel, Kentucky and attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where he graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering in 1955. Richard Poulos Age 83 of Wilmington, IL and formerly of Springville, TN, passed away February 13, 2020. Born November 22, 1936 in Chicago, Richard was a son of John and Ruth Poulos.
