R.C. Latimer was born July 11, 1931, to J. Kirk and Edna Pearl Latimer on the family farm south of Foss, OK. He passed away August 30, 2021, at home in Pharr, TX with his wife by his side. R.C. attended elementary and high school in Foss, OK, graduating in 1950 as class Salutatorian. He enrolled at Sayre Junior College for the 1950-1951 semester. He transferred to Southwestern State College in Weatherford, OK completing two years. Leaving school, he enlisted in the U.S. Army in the summer of 1953 for a two-year service. Leigh Ann Skinner FEAGAN, 46, was born July 23, 1974 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and died suddenly on July 7, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. On June 3, 2000, she married Aaron Michael Feagan, of Dallas, Texas; and later they welcomed two beautiful daughters into the world. She grew up in Garland, Texas and graduated from Lakeview Centennial High School in 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma in 1997.
