Virginia Ann (Kirkley) Bishop, age 84, entered her Eternal Home on February 2, 2022. She was born September 15, 1937, in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, to Homer Lee Frederick and Eula Belle (Turner) Kirkley. She was one of nine children. Virginia grew up in Poteau, Oklahoma; graduating from Poteau High School in 1955. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Southeastern State College in Durant, graduating with honors in 1959. After graduation, she taught first grade in Healdton, Oklahoma, where she also met her husband, Jefferson Crawford "JC" Bishop. JC and Virginia were married March 27, 1964. Steve Allen Morrison, 44, passed away in Fort Worth, TX on September 3, 2021. He was born in Poteau, OK on December 8, 1976. Glen Dale Rickner, of Dallas, Texas passed away Oct. 25, 2019. He was born Nov. 5, 1944 in El Reno, OK. An Air Force veteran, Glen lived his dream, going to Southwestern Oklahoma State University on a basketball scholarship then returning home to El Reno, Oklahoma to coach and teach.
