Hooper Wilkins Morrow passed away peacefully on July 29, 2021. Hooper was born May 22, 1941 in Birmingham, AL to Charles Hooper Morrow and Julia May Morrow. Graveside service was conducted Monday, August 2nd at Pineview Memory Gardens in Valley Grande, Alabama. Bill passed away Thursday June 10th, 2021 at the age of 85. Born February 4th, 1936 in Selma, Alabama he attended Parrish High School where he met the love of his life, Naida Rowell. They married the same summer after graduating high school together in 1954. Bill attended the University of Alabama earning his Bachelor of Science degree in 1958. Joining the United States Air Force after college and serving one term, Bill was called home to Selma to help his parents with the family business after his father was injured. She was born on March 1, 1937 in Selma, AL to the late William Veach and Pennie Allen Veach. Doris is survived by her daughter, Faye Shaw and her husband James; granddaughter, Jessica Shaw; grandson, Bryan Shaw and his wife Keirsten and one great grandson, Hugo Shaw. Born in Selma, AL, June 21, 1935, Wiley Long, Jr, 85, spent his childhood in Atmore, AL and his youth in Frisco City, AL. He lost his sister, Marilyn, who was 2 years his junior.
