Char is predeceased by her husband Jerry Wagner, and her daughter Cynthia Joan.<br>She is lovingly remembered by her sisters, her 3 children, 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. <br>She was married to Jerry for 50 years when he passed in 2019. She most enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening and doing many crafts.
