Bobby Raymond Rhoe, 91, of Williamsport, MD, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2022. He was born on September 20, 1930 to the late Edgar Rhoe and Goldie Barnes Rhoe. Bobby graduated from Hedgesville High School in 1947. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War and was a long time employee of CSX Railroad as a Freight Agent. He was a life member of American Legion Post #42 in Hagerstown, the Hagerstown Elks Lodge #378, as well as the Disabled American Veterans. He was a member of the former Railroad Oldtimers.
