Ruth A. Dougan Domenico Robinson of Wooster, passed away on August 3, 2023. She was born August 19th, 1923 to Howard and Blanche Dougan of Pennsville, Ohio. Ruth attended North High School in Columbus, received her BS in Education at Ohio State University, her Masters in Curriculum and Supervision from the University of Dayton. She was a charter member of Phi Delta Kappa of the University of Dayton. Ruth was honored by the OSU Alumni Board and presented with a Professional Life Certificate in 1985. She was born April 18, 1938, in Ross County, Ohio, to the late Lawrence Robert and Neva Preston Stratton. On Sunday, May 29, 1955, she married Walter Franklin McCloy who passed August 23, 2001.
