On August 5, 1953, Jack David Stanfield's light began to shine and he labored each day to bring salvation to anyone he met until he carried his light to his Heavenly home on Saturday, October 31, 2020. Jackie was the son of Joe and Geraldine Stanfield and baby brother of Jerry Wayne Stanfield. He was born in Athens, Texas and raised in Malakoff, TX where he graduated in 1971. He married his sweetheart, Sherilyn Kay, on August 21, 1971 at First Baptist Church, Malakoff in Malakoff, Texas. Jackie answered the call to ministry on July 14, 1974 and preached his first sermon on July 21, 1974 in First Baptist Church, Malakoff.
