Elizabeth Amy Somers, age 73 of Griffin, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Wellstar Spalding Hospital. Elizabeth was born in Wilmington, Delaware on June 24, 1948. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Ruth Lutz Sr. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant for Home Health and attended Griffin First Assembly. Goshen, Ind. - Kandice Dillon, 69, died Wednesday, Sept. 23 at her home. She was born Oct. 26, 1950 in Oakland, California to Robert Edward and Phyllis (Hunt) Dullinger. Survivors include two sons, Randall (Elizabeth Polhemus) Dillon, Goshen, Indiana and Patrick (Crystal) Dillon, Fernley, Nevada; 13 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; a sister, Kathy (Bill) Boling, Grass Valley, California; a brother, Robert (Joette) Dullinger of Oregon; and her husband, Lester Dillon. Ida (Eramouspe) McWilliams (83) passed away August 15, 2020 at her home in Palm Desert. Ida was a real California native; born to John and Lyla (Hosking) Eramouspe on July 31, 1937 in Nevada City, CA, living all her younger life in Grass Valley, CA; where her family has lived since the California Gold Rush Days. Ida moved to Palm Desert in 1993 coming from Modesto, where she worked as a Physical Fitness Instructor for a gym and later as a Consultant for Jenny Craig chain. Ida married King McWilliams in 1994 in Las Vegas, NV. and has spent the last 26 years in Palm Desert as a very happy home maker. On March 29, 2020 Charlie passed away peacefully comforted by loving family members at Freedom Point in The Villages, FL. Charlie was 97. He was born on January 21, 1923 in Longmont, CO, the first son of Charles and Ada Patterson. He graduated from Venice HS in Los Angeles, CA. He was a distinguished WW II Veteran, staff Sargent and member of the 364th Air Corps Squadron and was an Airplane Fuel Tank Repairman. Charlie received WW II victory medal, Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal, and the Meritorious unit award. He was honorably discharged in January 1946.
