Julienne Poulichet Hannak passed peacefully from this life on September 9, 2021, surrounded by family and friends after a brief illness at age 93. She was born in San Francisco on December 16, 1927, the only child of the late Etienne "Paul" Poulichet and Josephine Guelaff Poulichet Miller. She was raised in Carhaix-Plouguer (Finistere), Brittany, France through World War II. She returned to California where her mother owned the Carmel Bakery; Julienne graduated from Carmel High School in 1949. In 1952 she graduated near the top of her class at French Hospital School of Nursing, San Francisco. CENTER HARBOR, NH - Thomas William Cowie Esq., 68, formerly of Fayetteville, N.Y. died peacefully March 22, 2021, at his home. Born October 10, 1952, to Barbara Ann (Olhoff) Cowie and Walter T. Cowie in Syracuse, N.Y., he lived in Barre Vt., Fayetteville, and spent summers on Big Moose Lake in the Adirondacks before graduating from Fayetteville-Manlius High School in 1971. At Ohio Wesleyan University (OWU), where he received his bachelor's degree in political science in 1975, Tom played lacrosse.
