Eugene "Gene" Herbert Frank peacefully completed his earthly journey January 12, 2021 surrounded by family in his home in Barberton, OH. He was born January 14, 1943 to Leo and Genevieve Frank in Summerhill, PA. He served at Wurtsmith AFB, MI, in the US Air Force and used the GI Bill to graduate from St. Francis University, Loretto, PA. His degree in Chemistry brought him to Akron where he worked 32 combined years as a Chemist Compounder at Firestone, and General Tire which became Continental Tire of America in Akron and Charlotte. Dorothy Marcella Selepack, 101, of Albany, GA, died July 20, 2020 at Magnolia Manor in Americus, GA. Graveside services will be held at a later date at St. Bartholomew Cemetery in Wilmore, PA. She was born on May 20, 1919 in Jamestown, PA to Dora and George Alexander. Mrs. Selepack spent the majority of her life in Wilmore Heights, PA where she and husband, John Selepack, raised their nine children. Mrs. Selepack was a homemaker and mother. She was employed with Antmart Garment Factory as a seamstress for 20 plus years. She was a member of St. Bartholomew's Catholic Church and the St. Ann's Society. George M. Alexander, 66, of Dillsurg, PA died June 11, 2020. He passed peacefully at home after suffering a brief illness from brain cancer. He was born in Johnstown, PA to George P. Alexander and the late Peg (Smith) Alexander. George graduated from Portage High School, where he played baseball, football and basketball. He was a golden gloves boxer and played semi-pro baseball. He earned his BS degree in secondary education from Mansfield University and his Master's Degree from Duquesne University.
