Charles (Chuck) Kempner born 26 May 1929 died peacefully on 5 November 2021. His Celebration of life will be held on June 4th 2022 from 3-6 P.M. at the Sacagawea Center in Salmon Idaho. Please see his online tribute.

James F. Malone, III, Esq., age 77, and formerly of Pittsburgh (born in Stanton Heights), Pennsylvania passed peacefully in Hobe Sound, Florida on March 1, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife, Janet. He is a graduate of Shady Side Academy, The Pennsylvania State University, and received his law degree in 1969 from the University of Pittsburgh. Jim is remembered as an honorable, intelligent, and well-respected Attorney in Allegheny County for more than forty years before retiring and splitting his time between Florida and Montana. On January 28, 2020 we lost our brother and uncle, Jim Kutzman. Jim was a devoted son, an awesome brother, loving uncle, and good friend. He was a big guy with a big heart that he loved to hide behind a gruff exterior. He befriended stray cats who wandered into his life and even though he never ventured far from home in Columbia Falls, he maintained a presence on Facebook that kept him connected to his family and friends. An MSC alumni, Jim was proud to be a Bobcat football player. He was drafted into the Army his senior year and was proud to serve his county in Vietnam.
