William "Buddy" Foster, passed away December 8, 2021 in Tupelo, Mississippi at the age of 72. Born in rural Mississippi on May 4, 1949 at home. The delivery cost were: 1 pound of butter, a dozen eggs, w chickens and a gallon of milk, something Buddy was very proud to laugh and talk about. He owned and operated Buddy Foster welding in Clarksdale, MS for 35 plus years, before retiring in late 2019. Buddy was a master in his line of work, well known in the community.
