Carolyn Sue Williams McGinnis, 79, of Monticello, KY, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at the Wayne County Hospital. She was born in Vanwert, Ohio on September 12, 1940; daughter of the late Darold & Rosemary Winhover Williams. She was a homemaker. Sue devoted her life to be a loving mother and a devoted wife. In the years past, she had worked as a cook for the Lawrence School System in Lawrence, Michigan. She is survived by her husband, James "Jim" McGinnis; a daughter, Rhonda Lynn Rande of Georgia; two grandchildren, Jordan and Cory Rande. Gladys "Ruth" Bertram, age 87 of Monticello, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at her daughter and son in law's home in Somerset, Kentucky. She had been residing with John and Margaret there since her diagnosis with Alzheimer's in the summer of 2017. Ruth was born on February 17, 1932 in Smiths Bottom (Russell County), Kentucky to the late James Oscar Decker and Alta Mae (Garrett) Decker. She was united in marriage to the late Frank F.
