Ruth (Kelley) Theodocion, 79, a native of Rhea County, Tennessee, entered Heaven on Friday, June 25, 2021. She was born April 21, 1942, at home on the family farm to the Rev. Charles and Leola (Jones) Kelley. After graduating from Spring City High School in 1959, she enrolled at Tennessee Tech University. She was an active member of the Baptist Student Union where she played piano for nightly vespers, and in 1961, the Tennessee Baptist Convention selected her to serve as a summer missionary in Cincinnati, Ohio.
