Mr. William Edward Sims, Sr., age 88 of Quitman, passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2022 peacefully at his home. He was born on October 13, 1933 in Oak Grove to the late Emory Sims and Bertie Martin Sims. Mr. Sims was a retired accountant for Atlantic Richfield and a longtime member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. He enjoyed farming, loved spending time with his grandkids and was the President of the Ebenezer Cemetery Association.
