Memorial services for Donald "Don" Gale Pinson, 81, of Lindale, formerly of Alba, are scheduled for 11 a.m., Saturday, September 10, 2022, at Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba. Mr. Pinson passed away August 7, 2022, in Lindale. He was born November 25, 1940, in Grandfield, Oklahoma, to Ester Coley and Cella May Trigleth Pinson. Don was in sales all his working life. Don loved the Lord and always shared his faith with others. On October 13, 2013, he married Rosa Milinda Upchurch in Mineola. Jerald Damon "Jerry" Cooke was born June 24, 1952, in Oklahoma City, OK. He passed away October 4, 2020 in Nacogdoches, TX. Jerry's family moved to Dallas, TX in 1966 when his father was transferred with Ford Motor Co. He graduated from RL Turner High School in 1970. In 1975, he was ordained and began his ministry in South Texas where he was Founder, President, and Senior Pastor of the Word of God Church in Brownsville, TX and then Harlingen, TX. Ginger was formerly of Plainview before moving to Athens, TX in 1978 and to Lindale, TX in 1998. She was a member of Willow Springs Baptist Church in Athens, TX. She enjoyed being a stay at home mom raising her four boys and working part time. Ginger was often at the school volunteering and staying involved with her children's activities.
