Robert "Bob" L. Sacoman, 81, of Frederick, MD passed away following a brief illness on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at The George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC. Bob was born on August 10, 1942 in Las Vegas, NM. He attended NM Highlands University prior to enlisting in the Army serving for four years and transitioning into the Navy where he retired with honors in 1971. He worked for the federal government for many years and retired after 23 years from the Department of Labor under the Veterans' Employment and Training Services (VETS). Albert Eduardo Tolentino, age 72 of Rowlett, TX, passed away in Dallas on January 17, 2020 at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, part of Baylor Scott & White Health. He was born on November 10, 1947, in Manila, Philippines, the third of five sons, to Pete Laudes and Marita Eduardo Tolentino. Before retirement, Albert was an instructor/counselor for 42 years for the Dallas County Community College District at Mountain View and El Centro colleges and process consultant for administration.
