Elizabeth Anne (Ferriter) Cotter, lovingly referred to as Betsy by her family, passed away suddenly in her Hollywood, Florida, home on August 19, 2021. Betsy was born during a snowstorm on December 28, 1950, to Richard and Eleanor Ferriter in Hull, Massachusetts, at the southern edge of the Boston Harbor. Betsy graduated high school from Notre Dame Academy in 1969. She was a first-rate scholar and an all-state basketball point guard nicknamed "Swish." After high school, Betsy attended Boston College, where she obtained her bachelor's degree in Education in 1973, finishing third in her class. Petronella "Nellie" Maria Blomberg passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 25, 2021, at the age of 78. She left this earth and journeyed to heaven after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Nellie was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She had a smile that could light up a room and make everyone around her feel happy. A loving companion and mother of five children passed away on January 27, 2021 at the age of 86. Ramona was born on September 29, 1934 in Hanover, Massachusetts to Harry and Lillian (Griffith). One of the joys Ramona had in her life was dancing. Even on into her older age, she would find her way to the ballroom floor, preferably to the music of Elvis.
