Louise Dawson Elston, 96, of Mineola, TX passed away on March 4, 2022 in Quitman, TX. She was born on June 22, 1925 in Canton, Illinois to Harry Earle and Inez Goldie Dawson. Mrs. Elston was a faithful member of the First United Methodist Church of Mineola. She worked for the International Harvestor while her husband honorably served in the Army during WWII. She was a woman who wore many hats. She was a Sunday School teacher, member of the choir at church, volunteer for the Kindness Kottage in Mineola and Cub Scout Leader.
