Kazue Vickery Dec 16, 1934 - Jul 20, 2022 Kazue Uno Vickery, 87 of Bellevue passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born December 16, 1934 in Saga City, Nagasaki, Japan the daughter of Katuge and Uteda Kimi Uno. Kazue worked as a nurse in the Hospital of Komimura, before meeting her husband, Ronald Vickery. She married Ron on July 31, 1958 in Fukuoka, Japan and moved to the United States. She was employed by the Whirlpool Corp. in Clyde. She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary in Bellevue. Margaret (Peggy) Sherk, our sweet mom, died on July 19, 2022 from lung cancer. She was born to Henry and Sara Kroos of Elmore, Ohio, in November 1936. In 1954, she graduated from Harris- Elmore schools. After earning her teaching credential from Bowling Green State University, Mom taught Health and P.E. at Genoa High School. In 1958, she married the love of her life, John Bruce Sherk. They spent the next 62 years devoted to one another. In the summer of 1965, they moved to Ventura.
