Dorothy R. Lotz, 71, wife of the late Jerry A. Lotz, passed away Friday, August 5, 2022, at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. Dorothy was born on May 31, 1951, in Millville, NJ, to the late Walter Stowe, Jr. and Ruth (nee) Gifford Stowe. She was a lifelong resident of Millville, NJ until her move to the Carolinas in 2014 where she ultimately landed in Myrtle Beach, SC in 2018. Dorothy was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She also loved the beach, Elvis, the Beatles, and her family, especially her grandchildren. Dorothy enjoyed fishing, sewing, football season and just having a good time. After that, she worked for the State of New Jersey in the employment services division for 35 years before retiring in 1992. Gloria enjoyed her crossword puzzles and playing scrabble. After obtaining her Bachelor's degree, Ellen was a high school math teacher for many years. She retired and moved to Vermont to follow her dreams to ski and live on the mountain near Sugarbush, VT.
