Born July 6, 1936, to Page and Eula Carr in Cox Mills, West Virginia. Louise was the oldest of four siblings, her sisters, Lucille Dyer and Judy Knicely, and her brother, Page "Mac" Carr. Louise loved to garden, can vegetables, cook, sew, quilt, and crochet. She attended Cosmetology school after graduating from high school. While attending Cosmetology school, she met the love of her life Gail Allen, her roommate Thelma Allen Beach's brother. Gail and Louise were married on November 7, 1954. She was a loyal employee at the Acworth Home Depot for 19 years as a cashier. Dr. Tom S. Cooperrider, 94, passed away peacefully at Laurel Lake in Hudson, Ohio on July 14, 2021. Tom was born April 15, 1927, in Newark, Ohio, the son of Oscar and Ruth (Smith) Cooperrider. He attended various grade schools in Ohio's Perry and Licking counties. When he graduated from Utica High School in 1945, World War II was still being fought, and was inducted into the U.S. Army a few weeks later. Robert "Bob" Gilligan, 85, died peacefully in his sleep June 2 in Lexington, KY after a long battle with Parkinson's.
