Susan Carolyn Monroe, 57, of Charleston, passed away on January 17, 2023. She was born August 23, 1965 to the late Robert Gates Skinner and Mary Allie Skinner. She was loving wife, mother, sister, and best friend to many. She will be missed by all who knew her.
