Born July 30, 1939 to Harley and Charlotte Carrier (nee Emmons) in Seneca, Nebraska, Hal was raised in Valentine, NE. He is a graduate of Valentine High School and University of Nebraska at Kearney. Harry Franklin Hall, age 71, of Selbyville, DE, died Monday, September 6, 2021 at home after a lengthy battle with Pancreatic Cancer; with his wife and son by his side. Harry was born in Crisfield, MD and was the son of the late Claude Wesley and Margaret L. (French) Hall. He was preceded in death by his sister Claudia Holland.
