A certified steel magnolia, Deborah grew up in Charleston, SC. She was the daughter of the late Stanley E. Rhea and Marguerite Orvin Davis Hager. She adored flowers and gardening and took that passion with her as she and George raised a family across Georgia and South Carolina. A native of Aiken, Allison was the daughter of Harry Odell "Spooky" Weeks, Jr. and Frances Freed "Fran" Weeks. She was a member of the 2nd graduating class of South Aiken High School. In 1987, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Management. Allison enjoyed gardening, reading, creating art, cooking, and spending time with her family.
