Joseph Napoleon Brevard of Buffalo, Texas went to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at the age of 89. Joseph was born in Beckville, Texas on January 10, 1935 to Lanham Brevard and Irene Adams Brevard. He graduated from Beckville High School and attended Panola Junior College and eventually went to Sam Houston College (now Sam Houston State University). He graduated with a Masters degree. Joseph married Iris Leola Cox on September 25, 1961 and they were married for 60 years before she passed. They lived in many different places as Joe was in the Army at Fort Polk, then the Army Reserves and worked for the US Department of Agriculture. They finally settled in Houston,...
