Laura Ellen Patricia Huffman, 89, of Marinette, Wis. formerly of Gaylord and Menominee, Mich. passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Aurora Medical Center-Bay Area in Marinette, Wis. Laura was born on October 22, 1929 in Muskegon, Mich. to the late Thomas and Gretchen (Phillips) James. Although she was named Laura, to her father she was Patsy and to the rest of the family she has always been Pat. Her father passed away in 1935 and in 1937 her mother married again and the family moved to Wisconsin. Laura graduated from Marinette High School class of 1947 as a member of the National Honor Society. While employed at Woolworth's she caught the eye of Robert L. Huffman and on January 2, 1948...
