Ernest Caron, 93, widower of his beloved wife Florine (Martin) Caron, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 8, 2021, at his daughter Rachel's home, surrounded by his family. Born on June 4, 1927 in Fort Kent, ME, he was the son of the late Theophile and Amanda (Pelletier) Caron. Ernie was a hard-working man, the owner of Caron Pipe Jacking, Inc., for 55 years, he loved to reinvent and was the Jack of all trades. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone. He was a parishioner of St. Jerome Church in New Britain and a member of the Knights of Columbus, the St. Jean the Baptiste and the French Model Club.
