Leo Gale Babler, 93, long-time resident of Osage City, KS passed away May 11, 2024 in Osage City. Born on August 27, 1930 in Stephenson County, IL, he was the youngest child of William J. and Azora D. (Garnes) Babler of Orangeville, IL. Charles West Waugh, Sr., of Eskridge, Kansas passed away at his home September 20, 2021. He was born May 26, 1930 the son of John Y. and Charlotte West Waugh. He grew up in Eskridge and also attended Gulfport Military Academy in Mississippi and Pembroke Country Day High School in Kansas City. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1952 and the School of Law in 1956. Prior to attending Law School he served in the United States Army.
