Tyler was born July 21, 2003, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and was a senior at Darlington School in Rome, Georgia where he was a member of the baseball team. He was loved by everyone he met and had a true gift of making people smile and laugh. He enjoyed hunting and fishing but spending time with his friends and riding around on the farm were his favorite things. He was preceded in death by his uncle, John Maier.
