Adam was a kind and giving person and if you needed anything he was there. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, motorcycles, tractors and heavy equipment as well as his Jeep. Walter Roger Hawk Sr, 88, of Bostwick passed away on August 11th, 2024. Born November 4th, 1935, he was the son of the late Claude and Cora Hawk of Fairplay. Enlisting in the United States Air Force Roger served his country from 1957-1961. Returning home from military service, he worked for the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta for several years. In 1964 he went to work for Wellington Leisure Products in Madison where he worked until his retirement in 2001 after 37 years of service. Roger was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. James Edwin Little, age 99, was born on August 16, 1924 in Jefferson, Georgia. The second of nine children, he married his wife in 1955, purchased a farm, spending most of his adult life in Morgan county. He had three children, six granddaughters, and 11 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, the late Ruby Nell Hanson Little and his eldest daughter, Edmonda Little Snow. He was a hardworking man of many talents.
