Angela P. Swartwout 1937 - 2021 UTICA - Angela P. "Angie" Swartwout, age 83, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday morning, February 9, 2021 at the MVHS St. Luke's Campus with her loving daughter, Debbie, at her side. Born on September 12, 1937 in Rome, Angela was the eldest daughter of the late Joseph and Livia (DiMarco) Spado. She spent her childhood years in Rome and was a graduate of Rome Free Academy with the Class of 1955. Angie was wed to John "Jack" Swartwout on November 18, 1967 in St. John the Baptist Church in Rome.
