Born in Topeka, KS January 24, 1938. Bill attended Topeka HS and held a BA and Masters in Social Work from KU. Married to Beverley Baird Harper for 57 years. She proceeded him in death. He had 3 children Heather Harper Barboza Overland Park, KS , Harlan William Harper Lee's Summit, MO , and Hiliary Harper Anderson Renton, WA , and two grandchildren William Paul Barboza, Los Angeles, CA and Zoe Beverly Anderson. William had 31 years at Southwestern Bell. A lifelong musician and drummer, William started the Billy Harper Band and played in various venues all around Southern California.
