Mr. Larry Joe McDaniel, 70, passed away June 20, at his residence. Visitation will be held on June, 21, at the funeral home from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted June 22, at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the Lake Cemetery. Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Home is in charge.

Mr. Darryl Fordham, 60, of Metter passed away Friday, March 6, 2020 at Candler Hospital in Savannah. Funeral arrangements are currently incomplete and will be announced later by Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Homes, Metter Chapel. Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Homes, Metter Chapel is in charge.

Mr. Paul Whitfield, 87, of Stillmore, passed away Thursday, January 23. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, Friday, January 24, from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m., Saturday, January 25, at the funeral home. Mrs. Shirley Jean Kemp, 78, passed away on Sunday, January 19. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21, from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, January 22, at Pulaski Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Lake Cemetery. Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Home is in charge.

Mrs. Billie Erline Johnson Redding, 84, of Maryville, TN, passed away on, November 18, 2019. Visitation will be held at 9:00 am on November 22, 2019 at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held 2:00 pm at Stillmore City Cemetery. Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Jimmy Ray Brown, 76, passed away, Wednesday, October 2, 2019, after a long illness at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was a lifelong resident of Candler County and a 1962 graduate of Metter High School. Mr. Brown knew the ethics of working hard, at the age of 12 he started bagging groceries and at age 15 a car salesman for BG Bowen. He served in the Georgia National Guard and was also a car salesman for Jack Bowen and Mercer McKinnley. In the early 70's he became owner and operator of Phillips 66 Service Station and also later worked for Pony Express for 10 years. Throughout Mr. Brown's early life, until his retirement he farmed his family farm with his father and was known as the "Mayor of Dixon...

Mrs. Betty L. Rigdon, 90, passed away Sunday, September 22. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 24, from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Alvie J. Hackle, 98, died Tuesday, July 9, 2019. Survived by three sons, Al, Wendell, Randy. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, July 12, at the funeral home.
