Born in July 26, 1946 he was the eldest of three sons to Joseph H Trobaugh I and Marjorie "Echo" Trobaugh, Joseph carried his family's name with pride and passed it down to his son, Joseph H. Betty B. Witmer, 97, of Carlisle, PA, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at the Sarah Todd Home in Carlisle. Born in Johnstown, PA on October 18, 1927, she was the only child of the late Edward and Martha Bradley. Betty was the widow to Frederick Witmer, who passed in 1982. She was a high school graduate and went on to receive her nursing degree. She worked for Carlisle Hospital in the Medical Records and Transcripts Department until her retirement. Betty was an active member of Middlesex United Methodist Church and was a member of Project Share, the Salvation Army, and volunteered for Carlisle Community Care.
