Jane Parry, 98, passed away peacefully June 25, 2024, at Dove Health Care in Osseo, WI. Jane was born on the Peasley Farm, January 29, 1926, to Donald and Jennie Peasley in Black River Falls, WI. She grew up helping with chores and appreciated many things about growing up on a dairy farm but knew that lifestyle wouldn't suit her long term. After graduating high school one year early, at the age of 17, Jane took the "400 Line" to Minneapolis, where she attended the Electronic Radio and Television Institute. Eugene (Gene) Odell Larson passed away Friday, February 16, 2024, at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, WI. He was born on February 19, 1941, in Black River Falls to Palmer and Victoria (Knutson) Larson. Gene was the oldest of three children, Gary (Nancy) Larson and Ronald (Lisa) Larson. The three brothers shared a special bond and love for one another throughout their lives. Gene farmed with his Dad and brother Gary in Curran Valley and hauled canned milk for his Dad, which led to a lifelong career of truck driving. He was born on October 15, 1942, in Aitkin, Minnesota, the son of Milton H. and Irja I. Johnson (nee Rikala). He was quite proud of that Swedish-Finnish heritage. He was born August 6, 1947 in La Crosse, WI, to Kenneth and Charlotte (Mosher) Larson and was a 1965 graduate of Central High School and a 1993 graduate of Cardinal Stritch University.
