Larry Ellis Troutman, 82, of Fort Ashby, WV, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at the West Virginia Veterans' Nursing Facility. He was born on March 10, 1941, in Cumberland, MD, a son of the late Stanley and Hazel Alkire Troutman. Larry served his country in the United States Army. He attended Frostburg State (College) University where he received his bachelor's degree in education. He retired from Frankfort High School where he taught socials studies. Larry was an avid hunter.
